Responsibilities

Conduct thorough opportunity analysis, including market landscape, client pain points, and competitive positioning.

Develop structured business and action plans aligned with Arkana's service offerings and strategic direction.

Initiate proof-of-concept engagements or solution trials to validate fit before full commitment.

Execute go-to-market strategies, manage prospect relationships, and drive deals through to closure.

Evaluate outcomes of initiatives, measure performance against targets, and recommend improvements.
Requairement(s)

Bachelor's degree from a reputable university; graduates from Business, Management, or Industrial Engineering are preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a consulting-related role.

Strong analytical and structured thinking skills — ability to break down opportunities and present clear business cases.

Demonstrated ability to create business plans and translate strategy into actionable steps.

Experience in ERP, IT consulting, or digital transformation is a strong advantage.

Excellent communication and presentation skills — comfortable engaging with C-level and senior stakeholders.
