A Sales Manager (B2B) is responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and promoting Odoo ERP solutions to potential clients. The role requires both a strong understanding of Odoo ERP functionalities and a solid grasp of sales strategies within the consulting industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline of potential clients in need of Odoo ERP solutions.
- Drive the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Work closely with Odoo implementation consultants, project managers, and technical teams to ensure the solution meets the client's needs.
- Prepare and deliver customized Odoo ERP presentations and demonstrations based on the client’s industry and specific needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure their ongoing satisfaction with Odoo solutions.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and final agreements with potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives
Requirement(s)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience in selling ERP solutions, preferably Odoo or other ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and consultative selling.
- Strong collaborative skills to work with technical and functional teams.
- Practice Shalat 5 times a day.
