We are looking for a skilled and proactive Project Manager – ERP Support to oversee post-implementation support services for Odoo ERP clients. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality support delivery, maintaining client satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement of ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee ERP (Odoo) support projects and ongoing client support activities.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding ERP support issues and service requests.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents, bugs, and change requests in accordance with SLAs.
- Coordinate with functional consultants, developers, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements or optimizations.
- Manage ticketing systems, prioritize issues, and ensure proper documentation.
- Conduct regular client meetings, provide progress updates, and gather feedback.
- Identify risks, recurring issues, and propose preventive measures.
- Support minor enhancements, configurations, and user training when required.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in ERP support and IT service management.
- Mentor and guide support team members to improve performance and service quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ERP project management or ERP support roles.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (functional or technical) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, Sales, Inventory, HR, etc.).
- Experience working in an ERP consulting or implementation company is a plus.
- Familiarity with ticketing/support systems and SLA management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
- Shalat 5 times a day
