Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, consumer behavior, competitor offerings, and demographic data
- Develop marketing strategies that align with the business goals and objectives
- Collaborate with designers to develop creative and compelling marketing content for various channels (web, social media, email, print)
- Manage the company's online media, including web, social media, digital advertising, and optimize content
- Plan and execute events such as product launches, trade shows (booth), promotion, and follow-up activities
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher (Preferably in Marketing, Management, or a related field)
- Have at least 2 years experience in Marketing or related field.
- Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing
- Strategic thinker to analyze marketing trends and multimedia platforms
- Have knowledge in IT service industry is a plus
- Creative and open-minded for innovative ideas
- Good communication skill both verbal and written.
- Eager to learn new things
- Sholat 5 times a day
