Arkana is looking for an Account Manager. You will responsible for building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting and demonstrating the company's offerings to close sales deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a customer-centric approach. This could be the ideal job that you have been looking for.

Responsibilities
- Lead Generation : Identify and prospect potential clients through various means, including cold calls, emails, and networking.
- Conduct thorough research to understand the needs, pain points, and business requirements of potential clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase how Odoo & Arkana can improve clients' business operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and project manager to ensure client needs are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to close sales deals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Requirement(s)
- Bachelor Degree or Higher (preferable in Marketing, Management, or related field).
- Min. 2 years experiences in Account Manager (B2B).
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Account Manager principles and techniques with track record of success in B2B sales.
- Native Bahasa Indonesia speaker (Proficient in English is a plus).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales deals.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems is a plus.
- Shalat 5 times a day.
