Arkana, current no. 1 Odoo Gold Partner in Indonesia, is looking to hire a HRIS Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of enabling digital success for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead HRIS implementation on client with project basis
- Gather and analyze client requirements, identify gaps, and translate business needs into solutions
- Develop and document functional specifications, workflows, and process improvements aligned with client objectives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating training, presentations, and progress reviews
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and customization modules
- Conduct user training sessions, provide post-implementation support, and manage change requests effectively
- Continuously assess business processes and recommend strategies to enhance efficiency of the system
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resource, or any related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Business Analyst facing client directly, preferably in HRIS or ERP implementation (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Talenta, Sunfish, Darwinbox experience is a plus)
- Strong understanding of business processes
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and expectations effectively
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong project documentation skills
- Shalat 5 times a day
