People Development plays a crucial role in an organization, being a day to day with resources, managing various aspects of the employee as well as ensuring that HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively for benefit of all. Responsibilities

  • Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
  • Handle performance management process, including  performance reviews, and development plans
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees to enhance skills and capabilities
  • Create and develop policy to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement & satisfaction
  • Conduct an active hiring and recruitment process
  • Conduct on boarding process and exit procedure
  • Supervise and evaluate employment contract 
  • Filing and keeping employee administrative data & documents
  • Create and maintain employee engagement activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • Have at least 1 year experience in Human Resources is preferrable
  • Have experience in Consulting or IT Industry
  • A people person
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Familiarity with performance management and industrial relations
  • Strong analytical skills and creative thinking
  • Shalat 5 times a day
