Arkana Solusi Digital is an IT consulting company specializing in ERP Odoo solutions, helping businesses improve efficiency, visibility, and scalability through digital transformation. We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive with strong consultative selling skills to drive ERP Odoo sales and build long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of ERP Odoo implementation, customization, and support services
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across various industries
- Conduct client meetings to understand business needs and propose suitable ERP Odoo solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations in collaboration with functional and technical teams
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Consultants, and Technical Teams to ensure solution alignment
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and CRM records
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients
- Stay updated on Odoo features, ERP trends, and competitor offerings
- Represent Arkana Solusi Digital professionally at client meetings, events, and industry forums
Requirement(s)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT consulting, ERP, or software solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of ERP concepts; experience selling Odoo ERP is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
- Shalat 5 times a day
