Arkana Solusi Digital is an IT consulting company specializing in Odoo ERP implementations. We help businesses streamline operations through tailored, scalable, and efficient digital solutions. We are currently looking for a Project Manager to lead and deliver successful ERP implementation projects for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ERP Odoo implementation projects from initiation to go-live and post-implementation support
- Act as the main point of contact between clients, internal consultants, developers, and stakeholders
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional and technical project plans
- Define project scope, timeline, budget, resources, and deliverables
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, issues, and change requests effectively
- Ensure project delivery meets quality, scope, timeline, and budget expectations
- Coordinate functional and technical teams to ensure alignment with client needs
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Support client training, user acceptance testing (UAT), and change management activities
- Continuously improve project management processes and best practices
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT consulting or ERP implementation
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP Odoo (functional or technical background is a plus)
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
- Experience working directly with clients and managing expectations
- Familiarity with business processes such as Accounting, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, or HR is an advantage
- PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications are a plus
- Able to work independently, proactively, and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Shalat 5 times a day
